This corporate renovation reimagined a dated office block into a contemporary workspace tailored for a growing tech client. While the existing external shell was retained, key interventions refreshed the façade through crisp white surfaces, black-framed fenestration, and a bold glazed entrance element that reorients the arrival experience.
The primary design focus was on the interior transformation. A new spatial strategy reorganised circulation and departments to improve staff workflow and client interfacing. The material palette balances corporate neutrality with moments of warmth — achieved through light grey marble-look tiles, natural wood doors, and charcoal-toned aluminium.

Shared areas were elevated with a curated hospitality sensibility: the breakout canteen features raw finishes, a green wall, exposed ducting, and high tables for informal gathering. Boardrooms and workspaces benefit from optimised natural lighting, acoustic partitioning, and contemporary lighting. The result is a timeless, high-functioning environment aligned with the client’s brand and operational ambitions
