TANKAO Charcoal Grill is a bold and immersive new dining concept that fuses traditional
grilling techniques with avant-garde interior design. The restaurant offers a high-end, moody
atmosphere, where every material choice and lighting detail has been carefully curated to
create an experience that is as visually arresting as it is gastronomically refined.
Anchored in a palette of rich oak, deep charcoal tones, and burnished copper finishes, the space is enveloped in ambient lighting, designed to glow softly across textured surfaces and sculptural forms. Golden mesh curtains define intimate dining zones along the window edge, allowing natural light to bleed in by day and casting shimmering reflections by night.
At the heart of the dining room, custom extraction hoods descend dramatically from the matte black ceiling over each table, signalling the interactive charcoal-grilling experience TANKAO is built around. Booths and tables are finished in deep green upholstery, fluted oak surrounds, and brushed brass details, combining comfort with a sleek, tactile sensibility.
