We completed a job for Milarchi Architects in March 2023. Unfortunately, our experience with payment was far from satisfactory. We completed the job in March 2023, but only received full payment in December of that year, after sending him a photo of his summons from the small claims court. This delayed payment issue seems to be a recurring problem with Millar, affecting many other people that he owes money to. My advice: ensure payment is secured before completing the job or have a solid contract in place to avoid potential headaches and continuous excuses.
