Delta Heights is a residential building renovation in Blairgowrie. We modernised the existing mid-century face brick building with a new aesthetic, removing the old-style balconies and updating them with a living facade.
A grid was superimposed over the structure, reinforcing the existing proportions of the building. We also refreshed the apartment floor plans with open plan living and a kitchen island to anchor the space.
